So, the US Department of Labor says that 1 in 4 workers has only been at their place of employment for less than a year, and 50% of all workers are working for a company where they have been for less than 5 years.

What does that tell you about retirement and pensions?

The US Department of Labor estimates that today’s learner will have 10-14 jobs before the age of 38. And, the top 10 jobs in 2010 didn’t even exist in 2004.

What does that tell you about change?

Life happens. Whether we are ready or not. The Prayer of Serenity asks that we learn to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and gain the wisdom to know the difference.
